Mr. Sharad Bansal 
Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2002. He joined the firm as a trainee in the year 1998 and is now the partner responsible for the Bangalore office. He brings with him audit and accounting expertise across diversified industries viz. software development, automobile parts manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and bulk drugs, consumer goods, trading etc. He has also gained rich experience in the areas of Company law and Secretarial matters, Taxation including foreign taxation, Internal Controls including review of controls in an ERP environment, US GAAP implementation, business valuations, financial modeling, due-diligence studies, structuring investments into and outside India, implementation of Sarbanes Oxley Act, Management Information Support, Foreign Exchange Management, strategic and business consulting and acquisition transactions.
