Mr. Manoj Nagrath
He is the Senior Partner of the firm, and was enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 1983 . He has an experience of 23 years in almost every facet of the accounting profession, both in India and Overseas.
He has to his credit experience in various fields such as taxation laws, audit, accounting, company law matters and financial services, service tax, sales tax , FEMA, foreign investment consultancy,to name a few. He has performed a wide range of assignments, in the above areas including financial audits, joint venture consulting, direct and indirect tax consulting, structuring/ re-structuring businesses in India, identifying potential joint venture partners and carrying out business negotiations on their behalf, strategic and business consulting, due dilligence and acquisition transactions.

He carries wide experience in foreign exchange management matters as well as on international tax treaties and representing matters at the tax office.
