Mr. Ajay Rohilla

He is a fellow member of the ICAI and was enrolled in 1994 and has a rich experience of 12 years in the accounting profession. Besides audit and accounts, carries wide experience in reviewing and analysing existing systems and procedures and setting up appropriate internal control procedures for manufacturing, trading and service companies. He has to his credit experience in various fields such as audit, accounting, payroll management, company law matters and financial services, service tax, FEMA, to name a few. He has performed a wide range of assignments, in the above areas including financial audits, joint venture consulting, strategic and business consulting. He is actively involved in appraisals and post evaluation study of projects requiring bilateral/multilateral assistance.
