He has an experience of 24 years in Company law matters, Accounting, taxation, audits specifically Internal Audit, System Audit, Internal Controls including review of controls in an ERP environment, Administration of Trusts and reviewing and advising on the Investment portfolios of Trusts, payroll accounting, Foreign Exchange Management, Management Consultancy, Due Diligence, Project Appraisals and other related areas.
       

He carries wide experience of setting up appropriate control system and development of Management Information System and advising the Management on Control Areas and has wide experience of converting the sick Companies into profitable ones.
