Manoj Nagrath the Managing Partner of the firm, was enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 1983 . He has an experience of 26 years in almost every facet of the practice relating to Audit, Direct Taxes, Accounting, Company Law, Service tax and FEMA matters.

He has performed a wide range of assignments in the above areas including joint venture consulting, planning for corporate and non resident Indians, structuring/ re-structuring businesses in India, strategic and business consulting, due diligence and business acquisitions.

He has a vast experience in handling assessment proceedings under the Income-tax Act. He also handles appellate matters before the Commissioner of Income tax (Appeals) and the Income-tax Appellate Tribunal.
